Just gave myself a reminder lesson this week in how we can leverage the affordances of multiple ICTs to collect, curate, create and connect to record and enhance our teaching and learning journey.

Day one:

1. record video of students on Samsung phone.
2. share video to Google pictures (picasa)
3.  download MP4 file to laptop hardrive
4.  download Moviemaker for Windows
5.  import video file to Moviemaker
6. play around and find out what I can’t work out how to do

Day two:

1. watch Youtube tutorials on how to edit MP4 files  in Moviemaker
2.  successfully edit video footage in Moviemaker
3.  upload to personal Youtube channel using private settings
4.  embed in Prezi presentation of ‘evidence’

Result – edited vid available for embedding or linking into any other web space I like; Appraisal NAILED!!
